Returns Policy

If you need to return an item to us, please contact us via the form on our contact page and we will be happy to advise you on how best to proceed. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and when to send your package. 

Please do not send any items before contacting us as we need to verify the returns request. 

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to inform us you would like to make a return. Once we have approved the return request you should return the item as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days after the date you inform us of your request to return. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you recieved it, un-used, and in it's original packaging. You also need to show proof of purchase (confirmation email). 

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are returning an item, we strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping service as we can not guarantee its returned arrival. We cannot issue refunds for items that are not recieved by us.

We will notify you once your returned item has been recieved and inspected to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the return of the item. Please remember this can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately of the item is defective, damaged or if you have recieved the wrong item. So we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
